We are delighted to invite you to a special retreat with Tana Dungsey Rinpoche on April 11–13, 2025, exploring the Four Yogas of Mahāmudrā—a profound and essential teaching on the path to enlightenment. This retreat will be offered both in-person and online via zoom.
Distilled to their essence, the Four Yogas—one-pointedness, simplicity, one taste, and non-meditation— describe the complete Mahamudra path. They serve as distinct benchmarks, guiding practitioners toward realization. These teachings have been protected and transmitted by Tibet’s most revered masters for centuries.
This retreat will be offered in-person at the Shamhala Center in Boulder and streaming online.
As the current Yelpa Kagyu lineage holder, Tana Dungsey Rinpoche offers these profound instructions with clarity and depth, benefiting both new and experienced meditators alike. Clayton Ingerson will provide translation support.
We hope you can join us for this is a rare opportunity to receive these teachings in an accessible and practical way!
